The Challenge: IATS Fort Wayne, a pioneering hybrid charter school specializing in agriculture and technology, faced the crucial task of building immediate credibility and attracting its inaugural student body ahead of its August 2025 launch. The challenge lay in translating their innovative educational vision into a clear, accessible, and engaging suite of online and print materials.
Building a Digital Hub
Objective: Design and develop a user-friendly, informative, and engaging website that serves as the primary digital touchpoint for IATS Fort Wayne.

Impact: The new website successfully established a strong digital presence for IATS Fort Wayne, providing a central resource that clearly communicates the school’s value and sets the stage for a successful launch.
Tangible Connections
Impact: The tangible connections created through the print media campaign played a crucial role in building anticipation and awareness for the school’s opening, directly supporting early enrollment goals.
The objective was to create a cohesive suite of print media, including billboards, outdoor signage, and brochures, to extend the IATS Fort Wayne brand identity into the physical world and support community outreach and enrollment efforts.
To ensure a successful launch, our strategy for print media centered on creating materials that were both eye-catching and informative. The brochures were designed as a detailed leave-behind, providing parents with a deep dive into the school’s unique curriculum and benefits. For billboards and outdoor signage, we used a different approach: large-format, bold graphics with minimal text. This was to ensure maximum readability for people driving by. We meticulously managed the visual consistency across all formats, making sure that whether someone saw a billboard or picked up a brochure, they instantly recognized the IATS Fort Wayne brand.
Building Community
The goal was to build a strong community around the IATS Fort Wayne brand before the school’s opening, using social media to drive awareness and providing strategic consulting to facilitate key connections and communications.
The social media presence we created has successfully engaged the target audience, driving a significant number of inquiries and providing a direct line of communication for prospective families. Our consulting work helped to solidify IATS Fort Wayne’s reputation as a committed community partner even before its doors opened.
