1. Data Deletion Policy

We respect your right to privacy and your control over your personal data. If you are a user of the BKXstudio Meta App, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will take all reasonable steps to permanently and securely delete your data from our systems.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, please follow these steps:

• Option 1: In-App Request: If the BKXstudio Meta App has a built-in “Delete Account” or “Delete My Data” feature, please use that. This is the fastest and most automated way to ensure your request is processed.
• Option 2: Email Request: If the in-app option is not available, or you prefer to use email, please send an email to admin@bkxstudio.com with the following information:
  • Subject: Data Deletion Request – BKXstudio
  • Your Name: [Your Full Name as used in the app]
  • Your User ID or Email: [Your User ID or the Email address associated with your app account]
  • Description: A clear statement requesting the deletion of your personal data.

3. What Happens After Your Request

• Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity to ensure that the request is legitimate and that we are deleting the data of the correct user.
• Once your identity is confirmed, we will begin the process of deleting all personal data associated with your account from our live systems.
• The data may remain in our backup systems for a period of up to 90 days for disaster recovery and legal compliance purposes. After this period, the data will be securely and permanently destroyed.
• We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
